The Site provides general information about the CarAgeRental vehicle partner program and a form to request a free qualification review. Nothing on this Site is an offer. Specifically, the Site and its contents:
Compensation figures on the Site reflect current partner payouts, are illustrative only, and are not guaranteed. Individual results vary. The program involves auto loans in the partner's own name and real financial obligations, which are explained in full in the written agreement before any commitment.
The Site is intended for U.S. residents who are 18 or older. Program qualification requirements — including a minimum credit score, a valid driver's license, and verifiable steady income — are described on the Site and confirmed during review. Submitting the form does not guarantee qualification or participation.
By submitting the form with your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from CarAgeRental regarding your inquiry at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of participating in the program. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and about yourself. Submitting false information, or another person's information without authorization, is prohibited and grounds for disqualification.
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photos, and design — are owned by CarAgeRental LLC or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping it, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as scheduling tools or social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARAGERENTAL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES UNDER A SIGNED WRITTEN PARTNER AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarAgeRental LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
